PROS Revenue Management Announces Strong 2002 Financial Results

Houston, Texas – March 4, 2003 — PROS Revenue Management, a world leader in pricing and revenue optimization science and the pioneer and dominant provider of pricing and revenue optimization to the airline and other industries, today announced strong 2002 financial results in spite of the tragic events of September 11, 2001 and a weak economy. PROS' revenue for the year was $34 million. PROS had an operating profit in each quarter of 2002 and now has a record of 16 straight quarters of profitability. PROS year-end backlog of firm contracts is up 18% over the prior year. Profits, along with increased positive cash flow, enhanced PROS' strong balance sheet.
