Speaker’s Bio: Mr. Ruther is a Senior Vice-President with NYRAS with over 23 years’ practical experience in the airline industry.
His airline career spanned activities in information technology implementation; alliance integration; revenue management, pricing, global distribution and reservation systems; business change management and multi-level organizational redesign.
Mr. Ruther had a track record of leading teams which were recognized for their ability to deliver outstanding and innovative solutions to complex problems in times of significant change.
Prior to Nyras, Mr. Ruther’s position was Senior Vice-President of Revenue Management at Swiss International Airlines Ltd.
Guido holds an MSc (Zurich University of Applied Science) and an Executive MBA (IMD Lausanne). He has been a member of several boards, including ATPCO.
