8 consecutive years of profitability and ended 2006 with
record revenues, a strong balance sheet, record backlog,

Financial Highlights:
- Revenues increased 31% YOY to a record $46 million.
- Record of profitability extended to 8 consecutive years.
- Continued investment in new science, new software development
and new consulting services. The company has not capitalized
any software development costs to date.
- PriceWaterhouseCoopers audit completed with an unqualified
opinion.
- PROS continues to be recognized as the leader in the
Pricing and Revenue Optimization space by the analyst community.

criteria established by third party analysts.
- Headcount increased 25% YOY to a record 300 employees.

Management Conference, making it PROS’ largest and

Hotel in Houston, TX.

Management was published composed wholly of papers authored
by PROS employees. The Journal of Revenue & Pricing

- Best practice release management with releases each quarter
