Houston, Texas – August 14, 2007 – PROS
Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PRO), a leader in pricing and revenue
optimization software, announced an all-employee event on August
17 to celebrate PROS stock listing on the New York Stock Exchange
under the ticker symbol “NYSE: PRO”. After
meeting the stringent qualifications for NYSE listing, PROS
became a public company and PRO began trading on June 28, 2007.
In New York City, the PROS Board of Directors
and Executive Officers will be at the NYSE to ring The Opening
BellS
.
This group includes Harry Gruner, Kurt Jaggers, Charles Murphy,
Greg Peterson, Timothy Williams, Mariette Woestemeyer, Ronald
Woestemeyer, and Albert Winemiller. Assisting Albert
Winemiller, President and CEO, will be Kate Woestemeyer, 16,
daughter of founders Mariette and Ronald and Albert Winemiller
IV, 10, grandson of Mr. Winemiller.

In Houston, Texas, at PROS corporate headquarters, all employees
will celebrate the NYSE listing PRO with a special event concluding
PROS Employee
Appreciation Week. Some of the activities
during the week included a family outing at the Houston Aquarium,
where more than 460 employees and families enjoyed an all-around
great time, a PROS Baby Shower, where we recognize the new
additions to our extended PROS family, a health fair, and birthday
celebration.
