Director
Kurt R. Jaggers has served as a director of the Company
since 1998. Mr. Jaggers has been a Managing Director
of TA Associates, Inc. since 1997, was a Principal of
TA Associates from January 1993 to December 1996
and Vice President of TA Associates from 1990 to 1992. He
is the co-head at the Menlo Park office Technology Group,
focusing on technology and software investment. Mr. Jaggers
prior work experience was with other technological companies
like Network Equipment Technologies, ROLM Corporation, Business
Computer Coproration and the Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Jaggers is also currently a director of WebSideStory,
2nd Story Software, Global 360 and OpenLink Financial.
Mr. Jaggers holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering
and an MBA from Stanford University.
